The employees used to manufacture a highly sought-after quilted handbag but its production moved to China in 2008 & the plant was closed. Shortly after the employees re-opened under KAM Manufacturing and design & produce the Stephanie dawn line.
The product line includes 15 color combinations & over 36 styles of bags & accessories. These bags are made to last & have kept jobs in Ohio.
KAM MFG is also a family owned business and Stephanie Dawn just happens to be the grand-daughter of the woman who started it all. We could not think of a more beautiful name for such a lovely line. Located in Van Wert, Ohio, KAM MFG has produced highly sought after quality handbags for over 25 years. In 2008 they noticed the decline of quilted handbags being made in the USA and decided to design, manufacture and distribute their very own line.
